Dr. Bagher Kord, associate Professor of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Zahedan, Iran also presented his paper titled: The waste management and its effect on environment, in the seminar.
His article is an introduction of the condition of environment, in Sistan and Baluchestan Province , recognizing and classifying types of waste that is produced in the province and achieving a model to manage the waste materials. This article also discusses and reviews the climate including the rate of moisture, the high and low degree of temperature, the speed of hot wind in Zabol during 120 days dust storms, and condition of Hamoon international wetland.
The article claims that due to the distance between the villages (55km) and cities (120km) , and high cost of waste material transfer , the small scale factories are needed, not only for Sistan and Baluchestan, but also for every part of the world that has a similar climate.
